Robust construction made of stainless steel (rustproof)
Auto-stop control for complete safety
the machine stops automatically when the loading lid, top lid or release ap are opened + restart guards after power failure.
Automatic peeling-time selector
Set the required time for the peeling and washing process, the machine switches off automatically after the time has elapsed.
Gentle peeling process
The water used in the peeling process is accumulated, so that the vegetables are thoroughly washed, a soft cushion of water is formed. This ensures that the peeling action is very gentle. The vegetables are not exposed to heavy bumps or impacts.
Gentle release
Gentle release is carried out by a slow restart of the machine. Without discolour a supply of 24h can be peeled without hesitation.
Multiple use
Thanks to the different peeling systems, the machines can be used for several purposes.
Water protected (IP67)
The IP67 certification defines on the one hand that the device is dustproof and on the other hand protection against temporary submersion up to a maximum of 1 meter water depth for a maximum of 30 minutes.

Peeling systems
SUPER peeling system with double-edged blades
Hand-peeled results
Electrolitically sharpened blades. Both sides of the blades are used through right and left rotation. Direction of rotation can be reversed via cekon adapter. The mechanically processed vegetables are identical in appearance to hand-peeled vegetables. Waste is minimal.

Carborundum peeling system
Quick and economical
The peeling system with friction lining works quickly and economically. It is not only suitable for potatoes but is ideal for all other root vegetables.

Carborundum descale system
For fishes
The descale system is working very fast and gently at the same time. The intensity/grain size is individually arranged to your needs. During the descale process the fishes are thoroughly washed. The gently fish descaling process takes place at the bottom and sides of the descale system. A soft cushion of water is formed, this ensures that the fishes are not exposed to heavy bumps or impacts. Gentle release is carried out by a slow restart of the machine.
